1. Scope of Agreement

Does this contract apply to international shipments? Absolutely. All movements managed by MOMU Supply Chain Solutions, LLC fall under these jurisdictional guidelines unless a specific master service agreement (MSA) overrides them. This ensures a consistent level of protection for your cargo.
Carrier Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is strictly governed by the Carmack Amendment for domestic US movements. We maintain rigorous insurance standards, but the maximum value per pound is capped. Don't risk it—always declare high-value cargo before the wheels start turning.
We pride ourselves on 99.8% claim-free deliveries. However, when things go wrong, we handle it fast.
Force Majeure
Acts of God, weather, or highway closures are out of our control. We'll always communicate delays immediately.
Payment Terms
Net 30. Standard. We've optimized our invoicing to be as seamless as our logistics.
Equipment Standards
Our fleet consists of late-model units equipped with active GPS tracking. When you ship with MOMU Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, you're getting top-tier hardware and software. We BELIEVE in maintaining the youngest fleet in Texas to minimize breakdowns.
2. Usage of Digital Services
Our tracking portal is provided "as-is." We've spent 8 years perfecting our supply chain visibility tools, but they rely on satellite data that can occasionally flicker in remote areas. Don't share your login. It's that simple.
